Rachel van Doorene Rachel Van Doorene is founder of her own company which specialises in Education and Training Solutions.

She is also a publisher of two magazines "Women Inc" and "EveryMan" which are committed to inspiring, educating and challenging every reader in every sector of society. She consults to clients like SCMB, Barclays Bank and Standard Bank.

She has launched an innovative way of facilitating learning called "Conversations that Matter". It is based on the principle that people already have within them the knowledge and creativity to confront challenges. We add value when we engage with one another and tap into a collective wisdom that is mind blowing.

These Conversations have been useful in assisting companies meet goals such as knowledge sharing, networking, leadership development, marketing strategy, product development and strategic thinking.

Michele has trained with Rachel as a facilitator in "Conversations that Matter".

Timothy Maurice Webster

Timothy Maurice Webster Timothy Maurice Webster is author of the book "Thinking about YOU" published in 2006. It is a compilation of lessons from his global work with people on the issue of Personal Branding.

In 2002, Timothy left a thriving business in New York to live in with his wife from Swaziland in South Africa. Armed with the skills of designer, certified image consultant and a business degree, Timothy knew his skills in Personal Branding would work just about anywhere in the world.

He very soon established a business network in South Africa. Though firmly based here, Timothy works internationally with clients in America, the UK, Botswana, Swaziland, Lesotho and Zimbabwe. The Brand Leadership Award was presented to Timothy in 2007 by the Asia Brand Congress which represents 60 countries across the world.

He runs workshops on Dressing for Success, Aligning the People with the Organisation's Brand, Personal Brand Power and Leading from the 'Inside' - 'Out'.

Timothy and Michele Alexander have collaborated to develop a programme on Personal Branding in Business and the Media.

Grant Driver

Rachel van Doorene Grant Driver is an International Speaker, Facilitator, Consultant and Sales and Team Performance Coach.

Grant's passion is Marketing and the analysis of the attitudes, needs, motives and perceptions of customers.

He believes the key to success in marketing is developing a powerful strategy that distinguishes you from the competition, connects emotionally with your customers and also produces results.

He looks at the influence of perceptions on marketing trends, what consumers really want, building perceptions and the importance of Emotional Branding.

His clients include Ericsson SA, Syngenta SA, Objectivity, Sun International, Coke SA, GlaxoSmithKline ,Swiss Garde, SAP, Supaswift, Miglio Jewellery, Salesbytes, Siyanqoba Seminars, CBM and the Pharmaceutical Society of SA amongst many others.

Lynda Smith

Lynda Smith Lynda Smith has a passionate love of people and the development of future leaders. She is a master networker, innovator and big picture thinker. Lynda has spent 32 years in business and has a diverse set of skills that include strategy, leadership, marketing, sales, coaching, counseling, facilitation, writing, public speaking and networking.

Her current role is building a business called The Refirement Network. She helps Baby Boomers, those born between 1946 and 1964, to understand the opportunities and challenges the future holds for them, especially post-retirement.

Lynda and Michele Alexander have collaborated on a programme that assists companies improve productivity by facilitating better communication and understanding between Boomers and Generation X and Y.
